Lucy Meaney
Human Resources Leader
Since the group’s inception in 2018, Lucy has embedded diversity and equity into all we do, growing our people’s careers and ensuring their well-being. She has helped us build and foster a culture of inclusion that is respectful of diverse thought and individual expression.
Lucy’s role is complemented by her part-time position as an Exercise Physiologist at the Geelong Neuro Centre where she rehabilitates those with neurological conditions. Prior to this, she worked at The Royal Melbourne Hospital for five years.
In addition to extensive administration experience, Lucy joins us with a Masters of Exercise Physiology and other professional accreditations. After a move from Melbourne, she has embraced life in the Bellarine Peninsula.
