Brett has been part of the Studio All family since its inception in 2018 when he began as an independent consultant. Five years later, he joined the company and continues to play an integral role in delivering transformative projects across the country.
Brett also assists in retaining and engaging the most talented people by embedding inclusive working practices he has adopted from decades of experience across lighting, solar energy, hot water heating, aged care, and pharmaceutical industries.
In addition to operational, manufacturing and sales expertise, Brett brings with him a solid track record of leading start-ups to growth — creating tangible benefits and assets for shareholders and stakeholders alike.
His management style is rational yet collaborative: Brett is quick to identify and overcome business challenges, all the while investing in our people. He believes in a holistic approach that enables staff to live a balanced life, with a positive workplace culture, so we can best meet client needs.
